HUGE & HEAVY!!! VINTAGE AUTHENTIC 19TH CENTURY REPRODUCTION (blown glass) MEDICINE BOTTLE WITH CORK
I bought this
at an estate auction. Even though it’s a reproduction, it is vintage (unsure exactly what year but I would guess 1950’s or 1960’s). I can’t find another like it anywhere on the internet. I have left it as found and did not remove cork or try to clean it in any way. The way it looks now with some dust on the top of the cork and a little dirty inside adds character and gives it just the right aging affect for a beautiful display, so I’ll leave any cleaning to be done by the new owner! It measures 14.5″ tall and the bottom is 6″ in diameter. The opening where cork goes into mouth is 2.25″. It weighs just over 4 pounds! It reads: “Warner’s “Safe” Cure  The Popular Remedy for Kidney and Liver Troubles and Developments  Indigestion, Mal-Assimilation, Rheumatism, Headaches, General Debility, Gall-Stones. The only known remedy for the cure of Bright’s Disease. Remedy of the Highest Standard” In small print reads: “This is an Authentic 19th Century Reproduction”. Beautiful old LARGE medicine bottle for display. There are 15 pictures to look through. Selling as is.
