Artwork Upload and Turnaround Time
Before you upload your artwork to us, please make sure you’ve gone through the guidelines and requirements that are appropriate for the product you’ve ordered. Images that are in the wrong format, too low in resolution, or are the wrong dimensions can cause in a delay in your turnaround time since we would need to contact you to make the necessary changes.

Turnaround Time
Turnaround times begin 5 business days (Graphics Standard) after we have received an approved Ready to Print image and the order has been processed. Graphic turnaround time is based on normal business days Monday through Friday and does not include shipping time or federal holidays.

U.S. 48 Contiguous States Addresses: The order will be shipped via UPS  ground service. P.O.Box address is not acceptable please provide  physical address and contact phone no. in case of undelivered by  shipping carrier.

Canadian Addresses: We will ship the order via UPS Standard service, please provide your
telephone number
as required by UPS for International Shipping. It is buyer’s responsibility for any import charge (Brokerage fees, duties, taxes customs clearance charges, etc.)

AK, HI, PR Addresses: We will ship the order via USPS Parcel Post service.
