Original 1947 Pinup Advertising Calendar – Calgary, Alberta Auto Supply

Offered, is an original 1947 pinup advertising calendar from Larsen Auto Supply, located in Calgary, Alberta.  It features a great 1945 pinup image, titled, “April Showers”, by photographer, Tom Kelly, who did some famous Marilyn Monroe pinup photos.
The calendar pad is complete with all 12 months.  The calendar is in good condition, with edge and corner wear, and small tears.  It has a crease across the top portion, and has a small piece of tape on the back, top right side.  It measures 22″ x 13 3/4″.  This is a great original piece, and authentic ’40s Canadiana!  Please see pictures for exact condition.  What you see, is what you get.  The calendar has been stored in a tube, and that is how it will be mailed.
