Reservation is for
checking in on
Saturday after 4 pm, and checking out on Saturday by 10 am.
There is no requirement to attend any presentations when staying at this resort.
You must be at least 23 years old to check in, and you must provide a valid driver’s license and credit card (for incidental expenses you may charge to your room) at check in. Incidental expenses you may charge to your room are your responsibility.

One free parking space is available at each unit.
No RV or trailer parking is available.
Unless you choose to spend money, or damage your room, there are no costs associated with this reservation for the buyer aside from the purchase cost. (Obviously travel to and from the location is not included.)
This studio is for 8 days and 7 nights with a queen bed, full bathroom, a kitchenette and the ocean is just steps away! It is fully furnished. Just bring your own food (or eat out at one of the many restaurants on the island).

The surrounding area is a popular cultural and recreation center with fine art museums, shopping, and fine dining, along with dozens of area golf courses. When you are not enjoying the lovely beach and ocean, or the outdoor pool, you can drive to the Kennedy Space Center, St. Augustine, or play golf at some of the world famous golf courses you see the PGA players compete on. Orlando attractions like Disney World are about 1 ½ hours away. There is much to do, but this is also a great place to do nothing but relax and enjoy the surf and sand. You can also do your surfing inside and keep up communication back home if you like with the free high-speed wireless internet access. For shoppers, the Dolphin Beach Club is very close to one of the largest complex of factory outlet stores in the country at St. Augustine.
Upon confirmed payment I will have this reservation transferred to your name and email you a confirmation number. You may then simply show up at the resort at your check-in time (with your photo ID and credit card for security and damage deposit). You will also be able to confirm your reservation is valid independently as well for your peace of mind if you wish.
